Buttery, creamy and still green, this Abosana boasts strong notes of artichoke, ripe sweet almond and fresh garden lettuce. It’s viscous and rich in the mouth, without being overwhelming, with hints of fresh herbs, fennel, star anise, thyme, citrus peel, green tea, and green peppercorn; it’s hardly bitter, with a lovely mild lingering pungency reminiscent of baking spices. It's incredibly harmonious and balanced.
